- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Front staff does not acknowledge you, and will let you standing at the window for a long time. Until they saw a line forming they finally made eye contact. Staff is not polite, and talk very loud to you from far away allowing the rest of the waiting room to hear them....
